HALL, J.
{¶ 1} Respondent-appellant Larry Weinstein appeals a trial court's denial of his motion to terminate a consent-agreement protection order. The order has expired, so the appeal is moot. Furthermore, the mootness exception that Weinstein claims applies does not, so the appeal will be dismissed.
