{¶ 1} Michael Carter appeals from his convictions rendered in the Court of Common Pleas. Carter argues his convictions for gross sexual imposition in violation of R.C. 2907.05(A)(4) and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in violation of R.C. 2907.04 were against the manifest weight of the evidence. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's judgment of conviction.
