INTRODUCTION

{¶1} Rodney Samuels pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery with an underlying gun specification, grand theft, and failure to comply. The trial court sentenced him to seven years in prison. It later resentenced him in order to properly impose post-release control. We vacate the trial court's sentencing entry to the extent it did more than properly impose post-release control...
