PER CURIAM.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant Fredrick Hall shot Johann Hart and Kevin Davis from a moving vehicle on October 17, 1998. With respect to each victim, Hall was indicted on two counts of felonious assault, in violation of R.C. 2903.11(A)(1) and 2903.11(A)(2), and one count of attempted murder, in violation of R.C. 2923.02(A). Each of these charges included three firearm specifications, as set forth in R.C. 2941.141...
