{¶1} Dwayne Robinson, Jr., filed this appeal seeking to overturn the trial court's granting of summary judgment in his lawsuit asking for a jury determination of whether he has a right to participate in the workers' compensation system for the conditions of lumbar strain, thoracic strain and cervical strain.
