{¶1} Appellant-appellant, Sara Elizabeth Siegler ("appellant"), appeals the judgment rendered by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas dismissing her administrative appeal based upon jurisdictional grounds. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the common pleas court.
