{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Christine Cart, appeals the Judgment of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas, denying her Emergency Verified Motion to Vacate Void Foreclosure Judgment and Dismiss Complaint with Prejudice. The issue before this court is whether the original default judgment of foreclosure was rendered without notice and is, therefore, void. For the following reasons, we reject Cart's argument...
