{¶ 1} Central Mutual Insurance Company appeals from a judgment of the Darke County Court of Common Pleas, which vacated an arbitration award in favor of Central Mutual and against United Ohio Insurance Company in the amount of $76,547.99. For the following reasons, the trial court's judgment will be reversed and the matter will be remanded for further proceedings.
