{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant John W. Barnes appeals from his conviction and sentence for one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, in violation R.C. 2907.04(A), a misdemeanor of the first degree, and one count of tampering with evidence, in violation of R.C. 2921.12(A)(1), a felony of the third degree.
