OPINION

FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant Chad Newdigate appeals from a judgment of the Greene County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, which denied his motion for custody of his daughter, A.N. For the following reasons, the judgment of the trial court will be Affirmed.
