{¶ 1} Appellant, Anthony Williams, appeals his convictions in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Case No. CR-533510 of one count of possession of cocaine and one count of possession of criminal tools. Williams challenges the trial court's decision denying his motion to suppress the evidence of the drugs underlying the charges. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court's decision and remand for further proceedings...
