{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Cory Jones, appeals from a decision of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, USF Holland, Inc. Because Jones' injury did not arise out of his employment as required by R.C. 4123.01(C), we affirm.
