{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of George Lail, filed June 25, 2010. On December 18, 2009, following an amenability hearing, Lail was transferred for criminal prosecution as an adult from juvenile court. Lail's date of birth is November 15, 1993.
