{¶ 1} In this divorce action, defendant-appellant Alireza Navadeh appeals from the two trial court orders that: 1) granted a motion filed by his ex-wife, plaintiff-appellee Salvia Javidan-Nejad, to declare Ohio an inconvenient forum, thus ceding jurisdiction to a California court for further proceedings; and 2) granted in part and denied in part various objections to the magistrate's recommendations...
