{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Stephen Thompson, Executor ("appellant"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, in which that court granted summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, Ohio State University Physicians, Inc., and OSU Internal Medicine, LLC ("appellees").
