{¶1} Appellant, William D. Fraser, appeals the judgment of the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas dismissing his third-party complaint against appellees, Midland Title Security, Inc., First American Title Insurance Co., and Stewart Title & Guaranty Co., for failure to state claims on which relief may be granted.
