{¶ 1} State Line Agri, Inc., Rick L. Kremer, and Neal Kremer appeal from a judgment of the Darke County Court of Common Pleas, which found that they had violated Ohio's Livestock Environmental Permitting Program (LEPP) statute, Ohio's Water Pollution Control Act, and the permits issued to State Line Agri under those statutes.
