OPINION

GRADY, P.J.:

{¶ 1} Defendant, Ronald Smith, appeals from a final judgment denying his motion for a new trial based on a claim of newly discovered evidence.

{¶ 2} In 2005, Defendant was found guilty following a jury trial of aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery. The trial court sentenced Defendant to consecutive ten year prison terms, for a total sentence of twenty years. We affirmed Defendant's convictions...
