{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants the city of Cleveland, Shanna Stosak, Tracy McArthur, and Renee O'Neill appeal the decision of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas that denied their motion for summary judgment, which asserted political-subdivision immunity.
