{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Diane E. Haverkamp, appeals from a judgment of the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas confirming the sale of 1110 North Muscony Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio, and ordering distribution of the proceeds. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the decision of the trial court.1
