{¶1} Defendant-appellant, RBS Citizens, N.A., successor by merger to Charter One Bank, N.A. (RBS), appeals the Judgment Entry of the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas, in which the trial court granted plaintiff-appellee, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.'s (Countrywide) Motion for Summary Judgment. For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
