Swalley appeals from a judgment of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas entered after a jury convicted him of one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs. The charge stemmed from a tip from a confidential informant that led law enforcement to a large house that had been converted into multiple-unit apartments.
