{¶ 1} Gulam H. Memon is appealing from his conviction on a charge of soliciting for prostitution in violation of Columbus City Code 2307.24(A). He assigns two errors for our consideration:

FIRST ASSIGNMENT OF ERROR The guilty verdict was against the manifest weight of the evidence, thereby, depriving Appellant of his due process protections under the state and federal Constitutions...
