FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Donald Farra appeals from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which granted the motion of Katz, Teller, Brant & Hild, LPA, for summary judgment on Farra's counterclaims. For the following reasons, the trial court's judgment will be affirmed.
