{¶ 1} Today, this court must decide whether the denial of retained counsel of choice prior to trial in a criminal case is a final, appealable order. As a general matter, we first caution that this case is limited to the issue of removal of retained counsel of choice. The issue of whether the removal of appointed counsel is a final, appealable order may involve different considerations that have not been briefed in this case...
