OPINION

YOUNG, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Lois Kristine Kempker, appeals the decisions of the Clermont County Common Pleas Court entering judgment in favor of plaintiffappellee, Kenneth Rathert, aka Kenneth Rathert, P.C., and denying her motion for a new trial in a collection action for unpaid attorney fees. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the decisions of the trial court.
