OPINION

BRESSLER, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Allen G. Bregen aka Alan G. Bregen, appeals from a decision of the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion to withdraw his guilty pleas. We affirm the trial court's decision denying Bregen's motion to withdraw his guilty pleas, but vacate the portion of the trial court's 2006 judgment entry advising Bregen that "post-release control is mandatory
