{¶ 1} Defendant, Kenneth Wynn, appeals from his convictions for possession of heroin, R.C. 2925.11(A), and trafficking in heroin, R.C. 2925.03 (A)(1), which were entered on Defendant's pleas of no contest in common pleas court Case No. 2009CR3146 after the court overruled Defendant's Crim.R. 12(C)(3) motion to suppress evidence.
