{¶ 1} Robert Lee Baker was found guilty by a jury in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas of three counts of rape of a child under the age of ten, three counts of sexual battery (parent/child) of a child under the age of thirteen, and three counts of gross sexual imposition of a child under the age of thirteen; he was sentenced accordingly.
