{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, William Cimino (Cimino), appeals the trial court's judgment affirming the decision of defendants-appellees, the city of Cleveland Heights Board of Zoning Appeals and the city of Cleveland Heights (collectively referred to as "City"), to deny Cimino's variance request.
