{¶ 1} Anthony Russell pled guilty in the Clark County Court of Common Pleas to attempted murder, a first degree felony (Count 1); felonious assault, a second degree felony (Count 4); and kidnapping (with a specification that the victim was not released in a safe place unharmed), a first degree felony (Count 6).
