OPINION

PIPER, J.

{¶ 1} Appellant, Father, appeals the decision of the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, granting legal custody of his daughter, L.E.N., to appellee, the child's biological mother.1 For the reasons outlined below, we affirm the juvenile court's decision.
