RINGLAND, J.
{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants, Dennis and Robin Kurlas, appeal from the decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas ordering a grant of specific performance on a purchase agreement for the sale of property. For the reasons outlined below, we affirm.
