{¶1} Appellant, John A. Michalek, appeals a judgment of the Stark County Common Pleas Court convicting him of aggravated arson (R.C. 2909.02(A)(1)) and retaliation (R.C. 2921.05(B)). Appellee is the State of Ohio.
