{¶1} Defendant-Appellant Jason Harris appeals the March 26, 2010 resentencing entry of the Richland County Court of Common Pleas, convicting him of felonious assault with a three-year firearm specification, one count of domestic violence, and one count of having a weapon while under a disability. The trial court resentenced Appellant pursuant to State v. Baker, 119 Ohio St.3d 197
