{¶ 1} Relator, Sharon A. Ware, has filed an original action requesting that this court issue a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its order denying relator's motion seeking relief, pursuant to R.C. 4123.522, from an order denying her claim, and ordering the commission to find she is entitled to such relief in order to appeal the disallowance of her claim.
