{¶ 1} Appellant, Clayton Dukes, appeals his conviction for drug trafficking with a major drug offender specification and resultant ten-year sentence, raising three assignments of error.1 After a thorough review of the record and relevant law, we affirm appellant's conviction, but remand for resentencing.
