{¶ 1} This appeal is from the January 26, 2010 judgment of the Huron County Court of Common Pleas, which sentenced appellant, Norvell T. McIntire, after he was convicted by a jury of violating R.C. 2925.03(A)(1) and (C)(4)(b), trafficking in cocaine in the presence of a minor.
