INTRODUCTION

{¶1} Raffael Wheeler pleaded guilty in 2003 to counts of aggravated robbery and possession of cocaine, and the trial court sentenced him to eight years in prison. Mr. Wheeler did not appeal, but in 2008, he moved for resentencing, arguing that the trial court had not properly imposed post-release control. The trial court denied his motion, but this Court reversed...
