{¶1} On January 19, 2011, relator Arvind Patel filed a pro se petition for a writ of prohibition against respondent Judge Jennifer Sargus of the Belmont County Common Pleas Court. He asks that respondent be prohibited from exercising further jurisdiction in Belmont County Common Pleas Court Case Numbers 03CV36, 08CV412, 10CV373, and 10CV431.
