This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Kenneth Wynn, filed September 10, 2010. On February 17, 2009, Wynn was indicted on one count of possession of crack cocaine (less than one gram) and one count of possession of heroin, both counts in violation of R.C. 2925.11(A).
