{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Samuel Tucker ("Tucker"), appeals the trial court's denial of his motion for resentencing. We find no merit to the appeal and affirm.
{¶ 2} Tucker pled guilty to attempted murder and kidnapping in June 2002. On July 1, 2002, the court sentenced him to ten years in prison for attempted murder and five years for kidnapping, to be served...
