{¶ 1} Appellant James Rice appeals the decision of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division granting appellee Antoinette Rice's motion for relief from judgment issued on May 20, 2010. Appellant argues that the domestic relations court erred by adopting the magistrate's decision and vacating the division of property order ("DOPO") entered on January 15, 2009....
