{¶1} On August 24, 2010, appellant, Michelle McDew, appeared in the Canton Municipal Court for arraignment on a charge of failure to appear for a show cause hearing. Following her exchange with the judge, appellant shouted profanities and was uncooperative. The judge immediately held appellant in contempt of court and sentenced her to thirty days in jail.
