{¶1} Relator, Bernard R. Keith, has filed this original action requesting that this court issue a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, the Ohio Adult Parole Authority ("OAPA") to modify and correct the record of the Ohio Parole Board to reflect that he has 131 days of jail-time credit. Both relator and OAPA have filed motions for summary judgment.
