OPINION

BRESSLER, P.J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Timothy Smith, appeals his conviction and sentence in the Warren County Common Pleas Court for forgery, following his guilty plea to that charge. We affirm Smith's conviction for forgery but vacate the portion of his sentence requiring him to pay the cost bill sent to him by the clerk of the common pleas court and remand this cause for reconsideration and possible recalculation...
