{1} Appellant Daniel Russell is appealing his 2009 conviction and sentence for a probation violation arising from a 2007 conviction for driving under suspension. Appellant argues that the original conviction was invalid because the prosecutor in the 2007 plea hearing did not provide an explanation of the circumstances of the crime when he pleaded guilty to the charge. An explanation of circumstances is required by R.C. 2937...
