Van Dyke, filed this action against defendant, Department of Transportation (ODOT), contending his 2005 Jaguar S-Type was damaged as a proximate cause of negligence on the part of ODOT personnel in conducting roadway maintenance activity on State Route 605 in Franklin County on May 19, 2010.
