{¶1} Jimmy Wilborn pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated robbery, one firearm specification, and one count of kidnapping. The trial court accepted his guilty plea and sentenced him to eight years in prison. This Court denied his motion for delayed appeal, concluding that his sentence was void.
