Bender, to hold a hearing and resentence him pursuant to this court's decision in State v. Hazel (Mar. 31, 2010), 10th Dist. No. 09A1132 (memorandum decision). Relator's complaint also seeks a writ of prohibition to prevent respondent from "proceeding contrary to the mandate of this Courts [sic] Judgment...
